Liberty Village (Under construction ... can you help?) Our village distinguishes itself from the communities of the past having made a distinction of three different arenas and orders of social life, living together with others, on this planet. They are our Spiritual Life, our Rights Life, and our Economic life. The concept freedom applies and reigns in Spiritual Life as in no other. No man or circumstance has control or influence over what I think, believe, teach, or the customs and culture I follow. In society, our business, our education, and our religious and cultural beliefs our our own choice, governed only by our own volition, no other individuals or groups choice or action, whether a few or many, or whatever their power or purpose. If it is a matter of relationships between others, it is not a 'spiritual' consideration under this definition, it becomes a matter of 'rights' and 'wrongs' which can indeed be deliberated and acted upon by a plurality of persons in our society as long as the matter at hand applies to everyone equally and the same. Equality, not Freedom, therefore becomes the by-word for our rights organizations. The production, distribution , and consumption of goods is another social consideration requiring separate and very different kind of social interaction. What each person believes and thinks is his own concern. What "I believe ...." pages in this site offer an opportunity for anyone to come to terms and express in this public forum their own special and individual beliefs. There is within our community a very wide range of beliefs and cultures. The fact that we can live side by side without destroying each other, in relative peace and harmony, freedom of belief, thought, speech and education is the difference we offer. How this is achieved are the lessons that will be gained and shared by this website. For a further general discussion about our "Spiritual Life", click here.
